How to remove password from sandisk v2.0 secure access

That was working properly but when there were increased number of files(about 17 GB) in the flashdisk, the program started to working with freezing.

I have been using SanDisk Cruzer Blade 64 GB with SecureAccess, it was really fine at first when using the program.
